If you’re still here than you wanted more. Or maybe you started here because you already kind of know what you’re doing. Maybe you just wanted to take it to the next level. This is a more advanced plan but as always you get what you put into it. In this plan you will do the same workouts for four weeks and then switch to the next program from weeks 5 to 8. As always I recommend keeping a journal so you can track your progress and compare how your strength changes over four weeks. Sometimes change is hard but it’s never not worth it!
