This is a beginner plan for those who want to get out of their home and into the gym. Beginning at a gym can be intimidating. Most gyms have someone there to help you find the right equipment for these particular exercises. In the case there is not most exercises have a YouTube video attached to help. Do this plan every week for four weeks. Keep a journal. At the end of the fourth week compared to when you started, you will be amazed at how your mental and your physical strength changes. Remember you got this! You get what you put in. Good luck!
